1. Place your garment on a flat, solid surface.
2. Use your iron on medium heat.
3. Put the design in the desired location.
4. Push the iron through for about 1min (without steam).
5. Let it cool for 2min.
6. Repeat on other side.
7. Let it cool for about 2 hours.
8. Enjoy a hot style!
